Nos vendieron algo que ni siquiera tenían en existencias y no nos han regresado nuestro dinero, nos dicen que ni siquiera nos tienen una respuesta, y que no somos los únicos, que hay más gente esperando sus reembolsos y eso nos lo dijo la gerente. Así que ni el colchón, ni el dinero.
 FRAUD
They sold us something that they did not even have in stock and they have not returned our money, they tell us that they do not even have an answer, and that we are not the only ones, that there are more people waiting for their refunds and that was told by the manager. So neither the mattress, nor the money.
