El peor servicio! me mandaron muebles sin emplayar y llegaron destrozados y no se hacen responsables el gerente Alfredo y el vendedor Jose solo quieren sacar dinero y Dan vueltas y dicen que ellos no les importa es lamentable que una mueblería de este prestigio envie muebles sin protección

Tristemente, tiene muy poca seriedad para la entrega en el domicilio, y el nuevo gerente de la tienda de periférico tiene un carácter poco amistoso y sin empatía. Pero eso sí tienen muy bonitos muebles.

El día 27 de diciembre realicé una compra de varios muebles. la vendedora Edith Acoltzi, me dijo que la entrega de los muebles sería dentro de 30 a 40 días, pasados esos días me comunique a la tienda y gerente de tienda Alejandro García me dijo que el camión aún no había salido de Estados Unidos, (Esto fue a principios de Marzo) acudí a la tienda y el vendedor me dijo que no contaban con producto, me comunicaron al área de servicio al cliente y me comunicó con la Srita. Paola Bravo y le pedí la devolución del dinero, me dijo que tardaría de 15 a 20 días, ya va casi el mes y no tengo nada. Lo único que yo quiero es la devolución de mi dinero y acabar con esta mala experiencia, donde tanto la empresa como el personal que labora en tienda y quien está cargo del servicio al cliente han sido muy incoherentes con lo que dicen, dándome largas, falsas promesas y poco responsables. Estamos a principios de abril y no tengo muebles, ni devolución del dinero. Ya me informé con un abogado y voy a proceder con una demanda por fraude con la tienda y personal de servicio al cliente y ya inicie el proceso con Profeco, así que ahora tendrán dos problemas más

Los muebles son de excelente calidad los diseños muy bonitos y la atención es muy buena, el único problema es que por la situación actual sólo están vendiendo lo que tienen en tienda y no tienen mucho surtido de muebles, aun así es una muy buena opción para la compra de muebles de calidad. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

NO BUSQUEN PROBLEMAS!!!, NO COMPREN LOS MUEBLES ASHLEY!!! A mi me sucedio lo siguiente al comprar una recamara en la tienda ubicada en Periférico Sur en CDMX:1.- La fecha de entrega no se cumplió, se tardó casi un mes más para su entrega. 2.- La vendedora Sra. Laura Cardoso me vendió una recamara incompleta le faltó incluir la piezas laterales de la cama, por lo tanto no se puede armar. 3.- A la cabecera le falta una pieza donde se ancla los laterales, desde origen de fábrica no fue instalada. 4.- Los buros uno llegó café obscuro y el otro gris claro y de diferente modelo. 5.- Cuando entregaron la recamara el personal de la mudanza me dañó el piso de madera de mi casa, porque arrastraron la caja pesada de la cajonera. Se habló con el gerente de tienda el Sr. Alejandro García en varias ocasiones, él solo dio explicaciones que tenía que hablarlo con sus jefes, al día de hoy NO tengo ninguna respuesta. Así es su manera de responder a sus fallas e incumplimientos, no dar la cara ni respuestas.
DO NOT LOOK FOR PROBLEMS !!!, DO NOT BUY ASHLEY FURNITURE !!! The following happened to me when I bought a bedroom in the store located in Periférico Sur in CDMX: 1.- The delivery date was not met, it took almost another month for delivery. 2.- The saleswoman Mrs. Laura Cardoso sold me an incomplete bedroom she needed to include the side pieces of the bed, therefore it cannot be assembled. 3.- The head is missing a piece where the sides are anchored, since the factory origin was not installed. 4.- The buros one arrived dark brown and the other light gray and of different model. 5.- When they delivered the bedroom, the moving staff damaged my wooden floor, because they dragged the heavy box from the chest of drawers. Mr. Alejandro García spoke to the store manager on several occasions, he only gave explanations that he had to talk to his bosses, to this day I have NO answer. This is his way of responding to his failures and defaults, not showing his face or answers.

I had gotten my furniture from Ashley's Furniture in Bowling Green Kentucky and I love the furniture that I've gotten great quality beautiful furniture the only thing that's a slight down fall is they take forever to deliver your furniture it was two months before I got all of the furniture that I bought and paid for now that's the downside the good side is after calling many many many times I did get ahold of someone and I did get so much of my money back plus I still got my all my furniture it did take two months but I did get my furniture and I am very very happy with the furniture I got so as for as beautiful furniture Ashley's Furniture is the place to go if you want it soon well you really may need to look elsewhere
