De nueva cuenta los actualizo, después de que no me han entregado y de mucho insistir Rómulo Caballero se puso en contacto conmigo y me dijo que no me preocupara que el iba a resolver todo y que me iba a hacer una oferta que no iba a poder rechazar, después de estarlo correteando me dijo que la oferta es un cupón por el 5% de mi compra y que me entregaban esta semana cosa que no ha sucedido y que dado que nadie me ha contactado para confirmar estoy prácticamente seguro de que no va a pasar.
Uno creería que esta es una empresa seria pero me da la impresión de que hay algún tema fraudulento con la operación y lo que si nos queda claro a todos los que por mala suerte tomamos la decisión de comprar aquí es que tiene un servicio al cliente miserable, es imposible que te tomen las llamadas y es imposible que se comprometan a algo serio.
De verdad a los 225 mil seguidores les digo yo y muchos otros defraudados, no se dejen engañar y no compren en esta tienda, busquen otras opciones como Muebles Pergo, Tamarindo - tmrdo, GAIA Design o cualquier otra la verdad es que la van a tener muy facil porque cualquier empresa los va a tratar mejor que esta.
No se como siguen publicando promociones si siguen sin poder concluir con las entregas del buen fin, ojala que PROFECO DENUNCIA CIUDADANA pueda tomar acciones contra esta empresa.

One would think that this is a serious company but it gives me the impression that there is some fraudulent issue with the operation and what if it is clear to all of us who unluckily made the decision to buy here is that it has miserable customer service , it is impossible for them to take your calls and it is impossible for them to commit to something serious.
Truly, to the 225,000 followers, I and many other disappointed people say, do not be fooled and do not buy in this store, look for other options such as Pergo Furniture, Tamarindo - tmrdo, GAIA Design or any other, the truth is that you are going to have it very easy because any company will treat them better than this one.
I don't know how they keep posting promotions if they still can't conclude with the deliveries of the good end, hopefully PROFECO CITIZEN COMPLAINT can take action against this company.

Hice un pedido el 29 de noviembre, ME ENTREGARON UNA MESA DAÑADA el 20 de diciembre, estuve tras de ellos, ellos nunca dan la cara, nunca dan un buen servicio al cliente. Después de casi dos meses de insistencia cambiaron la mesa CON OTRA MESA DAÑADA. Nos dieron fecha límite para entregar la TERCER MESA el 15 de marzo, y hoy, 25 de marzo, no se han reportado, no nos han contactado y no te dan solución. Me URGE que se hagan responsables, esto ha sido un INFIERNO.
DO NOT BUY WITH MOBILE!! I placed an order on November 29, THEY DELIVERED A DAMAGED TABLE on December 20, I was after them, they never show their faces, they never give good customer service. After almost two months of insistence they changed the table WITH ANOTHER DAMAGED TABLE. They gave us a deadline to deliver the THIRD TABLE on March 15, and today, March 25, they have not reported, they have not contacted us and they do not give you a solution. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foreigners be aware. Purchase a bed. Bed delivery date is too far out so cancelled within a week. They don’t refund $1,300 USD.
The contract you sign will say that you will not be able to return and refund anything even if they haven’t delivered the product. They will force you to take their store credit.
The other mobica store mentioned that they will refund money but this specific store for some reason is very disrespectful and unreasonable from my perspective.
