De nada sirve tener buen combustible si los despachadores atienden de mala gana y forma despectiva. ¿Acaso no son ellos los empleados y nosotros los clientes? El respeto debe ser mutuo y mucho más por parte del empleado.
It is a pity that the owner does not worry about the attention of his employees. There is no point in having good fuel if the dispatchers attend grudgingly and contemptuously. Are not they the employees and we the customers? The respect must be mutual and much more on the part of the employee.
