Very poor customer service. They treat you as if you were in a tianguis. They sell the same equipment to two stores there and are much more professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los audifonos Bose que venden no vienen en caja sellada, no dan garantía con fabricante y no se escuchan igual que en tiendas departamentales. Los precios son casi por mitad de lo que se venden en tiendas departamentales. No me dio confianza.
The Bose hearing aids they sell do not come in a sealed box, do not give a manufacturer warranty, and do not sound the same as in department stores. Prices are almost half of what is sold in department stores. It didn't give me confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es algo de otro mundo. Pero la incertidumbre de donde los sacan te pone a pensar. Algunos de sus equipos si están algo maltratados y tienes que checar varias cosas antes de decidirte. En lo particular al final aproveche una muy buena oferta en una tienda departamental por ahy cerca y me salio mucho mejor y sabiendo que es algo nuevo y no de sabrá dios de donde salio. Todo es cuestión de buscarle.

Some of their equipment if they are somewhat mistreated and you have to check several things before deciding. In particular at the end take a very good offer in a department store by ahy and I came out much better and knowing that it is something new and not know where God came from. It's all a matter of looking for him.

Excellent, I bought an active s8, it ran out of signal the same day we don't know why. They made me valid the guarantee the day after I made the claim and in a very good way they attended and resolved me. I highly recommend them.
