★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si buscar las oficinas del grupo ADO, si aquí es, no es más que un corporativo más de una empresa grande como lo es dicho grupo.
Eso sí, aguas la zona está fea y sola en ocasiones sin duda jamás vayas en la noche se ve tranquilo pero no. De ahí en fuera no tiene casi visitar si no es por cuestiones laborales o algo por el estilo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me cobraron dos veces el mismo viaje, por un "error que no fue de ellos" sino de la terminal que usan para cobrar los viajes, nadie asume la responsabilidad de lo que sucede y llevo casi más de mes y medio y aún no resuelven nada. Lo peor es que fue en diciembre cuando se dio este problema y me dejaron sin dinero todo el mes. Tengan cuidado cuando paguen con tarjetas yo pagué con dos tarjetas y en las dos hicieron el cobro doble.
Terrible service, they charged me twice for the same trip, due to an "error that was not theirs" but of the terminal they use to charge the trips, nobody assumes responsibility for what happens and I have been almost a month and a half and still they don't solve anything. The worst thing is that it was in December when this problem occurred and they left me without money for the whole month. Be careful when you pay with cards, I paid with two cards and both of them were charged twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been robbed in an ADO night bus between palenque and Merida. No camera in the bus. No help provided by the customer service when I arrived in Merida. It's a shame. I'd rather fly then use it anymore. They don't care. And sme thing happened the night after to a another guy. So it's something that happens regularly but they don't do anything to keep their passengers safe.
