Worst experience ever, I reserved with months ahead of time just to find out they have no cars available when I get there, do not rent from this place very unprofessional, not helpful at all.

Car rental companies in Mexico do NOT include the minimum insurance required by the various state laws. Instead, this is an "option" paid at the counter. In reality, it's not optional at all, and you'll be REQUIRED to pay for the "Supplemental liability insurance" (name varies by company). Thus, the ridiculously low rates listed are highly deceptive and the actual price will depend on the per day charge for the supplemental liability insurance. The cost, however, is never revealed up front. Some companies list it late in the booking process, while others make you dig deep into the websites. Economy, however, doesn't have it in their website at all. The system will let you book and pay for the rental, but at check-in, they'll require another US$10-20 per day. This would be acceptable if they at least advised the customer in advance. Rental companies in Mexico should be ashamed of this practice, but some earn more shame than others.

I like this airport, the only thing is that they start boarding late and eventually the departure is later than the established time but other than that everything else is perfect.

I read a lot of reviews about hating this rental company. First of all when you reserve a car online please don’t pay for any insurance. You have to buy it at the location. I learned about the insurance years ago. But Rosendo he is a nice owner who truly takes good care of his costumers. They are not inside the airport but call them when your arrive and they will pick you up. I rented a car from him and broke down on me in Yuriria GTO about one hour and 30 minutes from their office. I called them to let them know and he asked me to send them my location and they delivered a new car to us. That is costumer service to me. Not everything is perfect in this world, problems do exist but how they are resolved is what matters. That is why I highly recommend Rosendo.

Make sure not to buy insurance online. They’ll force you to buy their insurance. The cheapest is like 20 dollars per day. You have to call their phone number for them to pick you up. They’re always open. So that’s nice! They’re is always someone their. Make sure you check your extra tire.
