Bad attention to the customer of the call center, I have been calling for more than 20 days, I am attended by different people and they do not give me a solution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I bought a queen size bed base and a queen size mattress in Moblum and the mattress is very small - 6cm wide and 10cm long difference. I do not want to change the mattress for being "intimate piece" although I denounced it at the time of delivery. They came to give an opinion 15 days later and the conclusion of the opinion was not the one I signed - they reported damage to the mattress that is not true. I am very upset because they do not take responsibility for their mistakes and blame the client.

I bought a piece of furniture. It took almost a week to bring it and when it finally arrived they put it together wrong and it was terrible. Not even to sit on the bed, almost at the root of the floor. The worst thing is that to claim anything their lousy customer service sends you to "schedule an appointment" with a technician (like 3 later) and only then, to see if they make a return because I definitely don't want a change. I can't believe that even Coppel has better customer service than these “premium” stores.

Some inconveniences that I had when going to the place were that some lights no longer worked and in some places it was not possible to see well, but since they also receive light from outside it was not so complicated, but apart from that there was also some dirt on the second floor as boxes or stuffing for you (in a photo you get to appreciate). But for everything else, the visit was very good, the workers of the place were at my disposal and were very kind.
