★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. Después de decirme una fecha de entrega en tienda me la cambiaron. Me dejaron la cama en el estacionamiento por no subirla en la escalera. Llame para reclamar y me dijeron que ya la había aceptado. La calidad del mueble es aceptable, pero el servicio daña cualquier buen detalle. Cuidado.
Terrible customer service. After telling me a delivery date in the store they changed it for me. They left my bed in the parking lot for not taking it up the stairs. I called to claim and they told me that they had already accepted it. The quality of the furniture is acceptable, but the service spoils any good detail. Watch out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos unas sillas de comedor bonitas y a buen precio, pero la experiencia de entrega fue TERRIBLE. Compramos 6 sillas, de las cuales 3 venían dañadas en la PRIMERA entrega. Pedimos que nos cambiaran esas 3 y en la SEGUNDA entrega SEMANAS después, 1 venía dañada y las 3 venían con otro tono de madera. Nos sugirieron cambiar las 6 sillas y en la TERCERA entrega SEMANAS después, las 6 nuevas también venían disparejas y dañadas, así que acabamos quedándonos con las 6 más similares y menos peor de daños. La verdad no volvería comprar aquí. Todos se echan la culpa al otro: los vendedores, los de servicio al cliente y los de la entrega.
We bought some nice dining chairs at a good price, but the delivery experience was TERRIBLE. We bought 6 chairs, of which 3 were damaged in the FIRST delivery. We asked them to change those 3 and in the SECOND delivery WEEKS later, 1 was damaged and the 3 came with a different tone of wood. They suggested to us to change the 6 chairs and in the THIRD delivery WEEKS later, the 6 new ones also came uneven and damaged, so we ended up keeping the 6 most similar and less damaged. Honestly, I wouldn't buy here again. Everyone blames each other: the salespeople, the customer service people, and the delivery people.

Moblum is an excellent place to buy furniture for your house, it has a parking lot and an elevator to go up to the other floors since it has 5 floors of furniture, it has a lot of variety for what you are looking for, prices vary depending on the type of furniture you are looking for but they all show excellent quality that comes with a guarantee, for any couple or family looking for a piece of furniture this is the ideal place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a table with a 3-5 day delivery timeline to CDMX. A month later, the table still hadn't shown up.
I had to contact support 5+ times to finally schedule a day for the table to come. The surface of the table came, but they did not ship the legs. So now I just have an unusable table top without legs and support is no longer responding.
Do not order from this company, it has been a nightmare.
