Da lo mismo comprar en ese lugar que en las islas solo que en este lugar MOBO es mucho más caro sin garantía de nada quieres hacer valida una garantía que está en tiempo y porque el encargado (que por cierto no quiere dar sus datos, más que su nombre que trae en su gafete) dice que es una semana es una semana, aunque el ticket dice que 90 días. Primero me dijeron que llevara mi ticket y me hacían valida la garantía y cuando lo lleve que siempre no. Que clase de servicio! el encargado llamado Rodrigo en vez de dar una solución se limita a dar excusas. Super lousy and more than lousy service. A	Alberto Aranda González on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención en MOBO San Juan del Río, Rodrigo el “encargado” de la sucursal (y lo pongo en comillas ya que no porta distintivo que lo avale ser el encargado y no da nombre ni número de empleado aunque se lo pidas) niega validar garantía de una mica, aunque esté en tiempo la garantía, diciendo que el piensa... yo no sé si... ,cuando es claro que el defecto es de fabrica y que no hay bases para que ‘el niegue la atención. Para que no se hagan responsables de la calidad de sus productos mejor compro en otros lugares más baratos y que de entrada se que no se harán responsables de la calidad que venden.
