Obviamente nadie supo nada, solo decían que es responsabilidad de corporativo. Tras 30 min de diálogo solicite hablar con la gerente que con actitud agresiva me dio un número de telefono a la línea Mobo para yo mismo arreglar mí factura. Decidí matan en mostrador con mí teléfono personal, tras 12 min un un operador muy amable me ayudó a.fsctiear., Terminando el maltrato. Pregunté a la gerente el porque no hizo lo mismo que hice yo para pedir la factura. Respondió que ella no tiene por qué hacerlo. He estado en puestos en la calle donde cualquier persona es.capaz.de resolver cualquier situación. No así en Mobo. Amigos compren en Amazon, Mobo en tienda física es un calvario. C	Carol Arreola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este buen fin es triste ver como le subieron el precio en muchas cosas es literal comprarlo como cualquier otro día y no hablo solamente de esta tienda si no en varias pero ese es el truco de la mercadotecnia por ejemplo con la siguiente foto que voy a mostrar siempre estuvo a ese precio sólo lo hicieron parecer que estaba más caro cuando en realidad estaba al mismo precio otros días. Lastima.
