★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me sentí muy cómodo con la atención y la calidez que recibí de las personas que trabajan en Mobo Mundo E, y sobre todo el excepcional servicio técnico!!! al principio… tenía mis dudas sobre llevarlo para el cambio de batería de mi iPhone ya que en no todos los lugares autorizados te dan una buena batería que realmente sea eficiente, me agradó el espacio y la amabilidad de los asesores!!! sin duda volvería a visitarlos y a llevar mis demás equipos de Apple con confianza, muchas gracias!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consejo, jamás compren un teléfono reacondiciondo ahí, ayer compré un apple, a la hora de la venta todo muy bien, el equipo muy bien, llegando a casa el teléfono ya no encendió, hoy, sin haber pasado 24 hrs. De la compra, lo llevé y resulta que ya ahí no resuelven nada, te dicen que tienes que llamar a su call center para aplicar la garantía, no te hacen devolución ni cambio según porque ellos en su tienda no tienen modo de hacerla ni de diagnosticar el equipo, les sugerí poner un letrero gigante que diga: " si compró un teléfono aquí y deja de funcionar no venga, aquí nosotros solo los vendemos" que poca la verdad, te dicen que ellos solo siguen los procesos de su marca EN MOBO SON UNOS TRANZAS?
