A	Alejandro Rodriguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar que peor servicio nos han dado, que se ganan con tener buena comida si no atienden, llegamos a las 3:30 y son las 6:00 y no nos han traído la comida asi ni como regresamos, mi familia hasta se quieren ir a comer a otro lado. Fuimos 8 personas (pedimos TODO al centro), consumimos 3 entradas, 4 platos fuertes y 3 postres, todo eso más las bebidas fueron poco más de $7,000 mxn. Los platillos están bien servidos y se pueden compartir sin problemas. The place is elegant and the attention is very good. It's not cheap, but the quality and taste of the food is worth it. We were 8 people (we ordered EVERYTHING at the center), we consumed 3 appetizers, 4 main dishes and 3 desserts, all that plus the drinks were just over $7,000 mxn. The dishes are well served and can be shared without problems.

Ojalá mejoren en ese aspecto para regresar. The food is very good, excellent place, the only bad thing is the service, it took us 1 hour 20 to serve us only the starters and the main course they spent 30 more minutes. I hope they improve in that aspect to return.

El costos de las bebidas y los platillos en mucho más alto que en lugares de calidad similar. Es nuevo lugar por lo cual deben trabajar mucho en mejorar el servicio, la comida si es rica. La bebida que me recomendaron estaba fresca y deliciosa , solo que me faltó el escarchado de la sal con Jamaica que me describieron. El postre demasiado dulce , hasta el punto de empalagar ( y eso que me gusta lo dulce ) no había un equilibrio de sabores , predomina es sabor a canela de la costra . Y un detalle , no se por que la hostess te pregunta si celebras alguna fecha en especial (cuando realizas la reservación ) , si al final no se acuerdan .

Aspectos a mejorar: la calidad del helado en los postres, la música, (no tienen una selección predeterminada que mejore la sensación del comensal o bien te permita identificar el concepto culinario y ambientación del lugar). Les falta gestionar y estructurar el servicio de comedor de mejor manera pues hay meseros que te preguntan lo mismo hasta 3 veces, es decir no tienen una segmentación para el servicio desde los capitanes o gerentes y supongo eso es resultado del sub-registro y las comandas.
