★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo está increíble, desde la atención de la Sra. Adriana, las niñeras Janet y Caro… y por supuesto él área de la ludoteca… un gran trato con niños y adultos; y venta de cosas súmente originales así como de los talleres en existencia, felicidades!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mis hijos estuvieron menos de 1 hora dado que estaban por cerrar, la niñera toda cansada y demacrada no interactúalo nunca con mis hijos o les puso alguna actividad. El material e instalaciones dentro del área de niños desgastado, el baño adentro de la ludoteca fuera de servicio. Para lo que cobran por hora tendrían que ser más profesionales. A mis hijos no les obsequiaron nada a su salida como leo en otros comentarios. Por 400 pesos, juegan mejor y más limpio en casa o los llevo a carls jr y por ese precio comemos y jugamos. Una decepción porque las sucursales de GDL no me habían decepcionado. Hasta nunca.
My children were less than 1 hour since they were about to close, the nanny, all tired and emaciated, never interacted with my children or put them in any activity. The material and facilities inside the children's area worn out, the bathroom inside the toy library out of service. For what they charge per hour they should be more professional. My children were not given anything when they left, as I read in other comments. For 400 pesos, they play better and cleaner at home or I take them to carls jr and for that price we eat and play. A disappointment because the GDL branches had not disappointed me. See you never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi bebé tiene e años y le encanta el lugar todo el personal es muy amable, lo único que extraño es su cafetería definitivamente hace falta ese servicio ahora.
My baby is e years old and he loves the place all the staff is very friendly, the only thing I miss is his cafeteria definitely needs that service now.

Solo estuve media hora con mi hijo ya que no hay juegos de calidad, además es un poco peligroso ⚠️ muy pequeño el área de ludoteca y el personal en general no te brinda buena atención. Nunca volveré a mi esposo no lo dejaron esperar afuera en los 500mil sillones que tiñen lo mandaron a un patio atrás lleno de tierra y polvo a sentarse en unas mesas en mal estado ?? ah y un carro viejo abandonado decorando ?
I didn't like the place at all and it's not to be expected. I only spent half an hour with my son since there are no quality games, it is also a bit dangerous ⚠️ the toy library area is very small and the staff in general does not give you good attention. Me gustan mucho las actividades para los más chiquitos.
El personal es atento.
Quizá recomendaria poner más atención cuando haya niños de diversas edades pues los más chiquitos requieren un poco de más cuidado.
Portar cubrebocas y la higiene sugiero no descuidar nunca y tal vez sanitizar las manitas de los niños al entrar.
En general me gusta y me agrada que puedan estar los papás presentes.
It's a good place. It has a good location.
I really like the activities for the little ones.
The staff is attentive.
Perhaps I would recommend paying more attention when there are children of different ages because the little ones require a little more care.
Wearing face masks and hygiene, I suggest never neglecting and perhaps sanitizing children's hands when entering.
In general, I like it and I like that the parents can be present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar es genial para chicos y grandes, ya que mientras los niños juegan y se divierten de manera segura los papás conversamos o leemos. El personal siempre es muy amable y cordial, estoy muy agradecida de existan espacios como este. Sólo una recomendación, ojalá pronto puedan volver a poner cafetería.
This place is great for children and adults, because while the children play and have fun in a safe way, the parents talk or read. The staff is always very kind and friendly, I am very grateful that spaces like this exist. Just a recommendation, hopefully soon they can put a cafeteria again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar para llevar a tus hijos a que pasen un rato agradable de juego y diversión, tiene costos un poco elevados y me hubiera gustado que les pusieran más actividades a los niños, su temática es juego libre pero una que otra actividad no les caería mal.... Te cobran por hora y máximo los niños pueden estar tres horas, los padres de familia no pueden salir del lugar por si lo niños requieren algo
