★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar, tienen buen trato con los clientes y hay una buena variedad de productos, no le doy las 5 estrellas porque uno se las tiene que ingeniar para estacionarse o para ir con alguien más que se quede a cuidar el carro. De ahí en fuera, lo demás está bien n.n

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuestión de precios es más accesible que Parisina, sin embargo, el surtido tanto en telas como en bonetería no es el mejor. Podría mejorar, aunque creo que el interés no es ofrecer mucho y de todo como en la competencia que está cruzando la calle, sino vender sólo lo más común a precios económicos.
Tiene una sección de retazos como suelen tener la mayoría de estas tiendas, sólo que está sucursal tiene la canasta en la banqueta afuera de la tienda y la tela que está en venta como retazos suele estar muy sucia pues se cae sobre el piso de la calle al momento de estarla viendo, y no falta quien la dejé tirada.
La tienda está en absoluto silencio y los empleados no se ven para nada motivados, de hecho para que atiendan, a excepción del gordito que está en el área de los botones, todos los demás se notan desganados o distraídos. Hay pequeños cambios que podrían darles un estímulo emocional a los despachadores y eso de traduciría en mayores ventas, dado que ahorita son meros despachadores, nadie te vende u ofrece algo extra; nadie se acerca para saber si ya tienes lo que necesitas, nadie, ni siquiera los que están en área de caja o en entrega tienen espíritu de venta y mucho menos de servicio. Son meros despachadores. Todos, excepción del gordito de bonetería, ese elemento es el único que tiene un apice de servicio al cliente y venta.
Ésto es cosa de una mala gerencia. Les urge cambiar al gerente a otra tienda, quizá ya está aburrido de estar ahí o le falta capacitación. Si la cabeza del equipo de trabajo anda mal, se nota en la forma que se desempeñan todos los miembros.

They are mere dispatchers. All, except for the chubby of bone, that element is the only one that has an apice of customer service and sale.
This is a bad management thing. They urgently need to change the manager to another store, maybe they are already bored of being there or lack training. If the head of the work team is wrong, it shows in the way that all members perform.
