★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, al principio nadie se acercó a ver qué necesitaba, pocos minutos después llegó una señorita a atenderme, muy amable, iba por un tipo de tela y me sugirió una mejor de acuerdo para lo que yo iba hacer con la tela, los precios razonables y tienen una buena variedad de accesorios para realizar diferente tipo de actividades, al ingresar te tomar la temperatura y te aplican gel anti bacterial, la cajera muy amable
Good service, at first no one came to see what I needed, a few minutes later a lady came to assist me, very friendly, she went for a type of fabric and suggested a better one according to what I was going to do with the fabric, the prices reasonable and have a good variety of accessories to carry out different types of activities, when you enter they take your temperature and they apply antibacterial gel, the cashier is very friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada vez que voy a este lugar tienen muy mal servicio. Una actitud pesima y nunca puedan darte una explicacion por mas sencilla con amabilidad. El dia de hoy fui y no tenian sistema, pedi el numero de telefono para llamr y preguntar si teneian sistmea mas tarde, y el muchacho con actitud tan grosera me contesto.... pues busquelo en Google ahi lo tienen. Wow en serio... ahora estoy aqui en Google y el telefono que tiene ni siquiera existe. Que falta de compromiso para atender al publico. Este tipo de companias deberian de invertir un poco en capacitar a sus empleados, para que trabajen felices. De seguro por eso nadie quiere trabajar ahi, pues siempre estan faltos de personal.
Simplente para mi ni siquiera una estrella merecen.
Every time I go to this place they have very bad service. A lousy attitude and they can never give you an explanation for simpler with kindness. Today I went and they didn't have a system, I asked for the phone number to call and ask if they had a system later, and the boy with such a rude attitude answered me... well, Google it, there you have it. Wow seriously... now I'm here at Google and the phone number you have doesn't even exist. What a lack of commitment to serve the public. These types of companies should invest a little in training their employees, so that they work happily. Surely that's why no one wants to work there, because they are always short of staff.
For me they don't even deserve one star.
