F	Franki Gtz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como comercio está ubicado en un muy buen lugar, ya que está al paso por donde muchas personas generalmente caminan haciendo sus compras. Cuenta con un gran surtido de telas de todo tipo, de herramientas para las costureras y para quienes se dedican a la sastrería. Además se pueden encontrar utensilios para realizar manualidades, incluido mucho material para la elaboración de estos. No le pongo cinco estrellas por el detalle de cómo está organizado cuándo se atiende a las personas. Hay poco personal para atender sobre todo en horas cuando muchas personas entran para ser atendidas cuando buscan sus telas u otros materiales que venden allí. Además algunas de las personas que atienden lo hacen de mal modo o se hacen bolas entre ellos al no tener buena organización para atender a los clientes. Como comercio pudiera tener cinco estrellas por lo surtido que está; pero en cuanto al personal que atiende por eso lo califico con tres estrellas. Esta es la experiencia que yo he tenido quizás otras personas podrán tener otra opinión. As a business it is located in a very good place, since it is close to where many people generally walk doing their shopping. It has a large assortment of fabrics of all kinds, tools for seamstresses and those dedicated to tailoring. You can also find utensils for making crafts, including a lot of material for making these. I'm not giving it five stars for the detail of how it's organized when serving people. There are few staff to attend, especially in hours when many people enter to be attended when they look for their fabrics or other materials that they sell there. In addition, some of the people who serve them do it in a bad way or they make balls between them by not having a good organization to serve customers. As a trade, it could have five stars for its assortment; but as for the staff that attends, that's why I rate it with three stars. This is the experience that I have had, perhaps other people may have another opinion.
B	Brenda Rodríguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene buen producto pero es una verdadera lástima la atención al cliente que tienen, si los dueños en verdad se preocuparan por mantener su negocio pondrían más atención en este punto tan importante. Las chicas que atienden tienen más interés en contarse sus desaires amorosos y sus problemas personales que en atender a los clientes. Desafortunadamente no tome fotos pero me cansé de esperar más de 20 min para que una de ellas me atendiera aún cuando les pedí de favor si me atendían, al grado que decidí salir de la tienda sin comprar nada. It has a good product but it is a real shame the customer service they have, if the owners really cared to keep their business they would pay more attention at this important point. The girls who attend have more interest in telling their love affairs and personal problems than in serving customers. Tienen muy buena ubicación y tienen buen surtido. They take too long to charge you, customer service is poor. They take 15 minutes to charge you for a product. Por eso le doy 5 estrellas, ojalá sigan así, teniendo empleadas como ellas! (Olvide preguntar sus nombres) Normally there is not good customer service, but I had not gone for months, however today I went and the truth was they treated me EXCELLENT, it was 2 girls who attended me and they were both very friendly and helpful! S	Suri Corces on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiese dar 0 estrellas, las daría, el lugar tiene el material, es amplio y variado pero tiene muchos puntos por solucionar, le hace falta personal, necesita orden, porque la verdad deja mucho que desear, sus empleados necesitan estar capacitados y ser activos porque estuve formada 40 minutos y nadie me pudo atender entonces ahí hay mucho que solucionar. Espero tomen en cuenta las opiniones de sus consumidores porque como empleada de servicio al cliente, se que se puede y se debe mejorar mucho.
