Lo único malo que considero que al personal no lo capacitan en atención al cliente porque algunos empleados no saben dirigirse al cliente y ven a los clientes rondando por la tienda y no los abordan para preguntar si ya fuerón atendidos, tiene el cliente que andar correteando al empleado para que le despachen su mercancía.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tristemente les falta personal y la encargada no ayuda para nada se la pasa en el telefono y la tienda esta muy sucia, cuando yo fui espere media hora para que me atendieran y otra media hr para pagar.
Sadly they lack staff and the manager does not help at all, she passes it on the phone and the store is very dirty, when I went I waited half an hour for them to attend me and another half hour to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien los precios y muy surtida pero muy mal servicio, la última vez que fui la encargada de mercería me dejó ahí parada y se fue al baño por poco mas de media hora sin siquiera voltear a verme, son muy groseros, al día siguiente fui a las 6:25 y el guardia ya tenia cerrado antes de tiempo. Solo hay una muchacha en caja que es muy amable y que de hecho fue la que me atendió en mercería por que la encargada jamás se digno ni a responderme el saludo.
Very good prices and very stocked but very bad service, the last time I was in charge of haberdashery she left me standing there and went to the bathroom for a little over half an hour without even turning to see me, they are very rude, the next day I went at 6:25 and the guard had already closed ahead of time.
