★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atencion hacen unas filas porque el personal no esta atento al cliente mi esposa y yo tubimos que ir por la tela que compramos espero y mejoren el servicio ya que es un lugar muy solicitado hay carros que se van porque no hay estacionamiento por el servicio tan lento que tienen.
Very bad attention they make a few lines because the staff is not attentive to the customer my wife and I had to go for the fabric that we bought I hope and improve the service since it is a very requested place there are cars that leave because there is no parking for the service so slow they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar esta muy surtido, pero no hay personal suficiente, la que atiende tiene más carga de trabajo que la que cobra, o falta personal o no es bueno su proceso de atención.
Fue más fácil ir a su sucursal del Centro donde me atendieron súper rápido y sin filas.
The place is very well-stocked, but there is not enough staff, the one that attends has more workload than the one that charges, or lack of staff or their care process is not good.
It was easier to go to their downtown branch where they treated me super fast and without lines.

Tuvimos que dar una vuelta por la tienda y pedir que alguien cortara nuestras telas, luego esperamos el servicio durante 15 minutos mientras cortaban las gomas y, a pesar de las solicitudes de que alguien atendiera, nadie vino. Por fin vino una chica, muy muy mala, me tiró unas gomas delante y me las frotó como si fuera algo terrible para ella!!! más tarde ella fue grosera con nosotros. También había una señora muy mala en la caja. modatelas contrata mejores empleados porque perderas todos los clientes!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó mucho por que no hay que hacer filas!!! A como vas llegando te atienden ya sea en mercería o en corte. Por temporada navideña ya hay mercancía como esferas, pinos, listones, coronas, y así. La sra Lupita de la mercería me atendió super amablemente. Estaba sólita en esa área y además de acomodar mercancía nueva, la desacomodada por clientes y atender clientes todavía tenía fuerzas para ser amable con uno. Le doy un 100 a ella. Todos muy amables y esa es una ventaja competitiva ante su vecino de telas Parí... .. Que tienen mal genio las dependientas. Una señora tomó uno de sus bolsos de compras y olvidó otro y la chica la fue a buscarla al estacionamiento para entregárselo. Eso es servicio y humanidad❤️. Me pareció mas económico también.

They are all very friendly and that is a competitive advantage over their fabric neighbor Paris ... .. The shop assistants have a bad temper. A lady took one of her shopping bags and forgot another and the girl went to the parking lot to pick her up to give it to her. That is service and humanity❤️. I found it cheaper too.

En si la tienda muy buenos precios... Solo el chico malnhumorado
