★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente es deficiente, se tiene que buscar a la persona que atiende al público, porque están platicando entre ellos o bien retirados del acceso, no se encuentran con facilidad. En otros casos, no tienen idea del material que venden solo se dedican a medir los metros pedidos y registrar el cobro. El carácter de algunos de ellos, no ayuda ni siquiera al negocio.
Customer service is deficient, you have to look for the person who attends the public, because they are talking to each other or removed from the access, they are not easily found. In other cases, they have no idea of the material they sell, they only dedicate themselves to measuring the meters ordered and recording the payment. The character of some of them does not even help the business.
