★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desgraciadamente nunca puedo entrar no importa el dia ni la hora que vaya siempre estan descargando el camión y te comentan que se van a tardar de 2 a 3 horas en hacer todo ese proceso , y mejor prefiero ir ala competencia que esta enfrente o otra sucursal que esta mas asia el centro de Monterrey.
 Unfortunately I can never enter, no matter what day or time I go, they are always unloading the truck and they tell you that it will take 2 to 3 hours to do all that process, and I prefer to go to the competition that is in front or another branch than The center of Monterrey is more asia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. La atención del personal es mala. Desde que ingresa el cliente se le acosa apurandole a escoger lo que va a comprar. No hay libertad para mirar y recorrer los pasillos. Luego de que decides, el vendedor se tarda demasiado para surtir el pedido y no se diga la fila en cajas para pagar, dónde el servicio se vuelve más lento pues solo hay una persona que cobra (lo que de por sí ya es tardado) y entrega la mercancía. Hay que esperar a que termine de cobrar a toda la fila para que revise y entregue la mercancía de acuerdo con el ticket. Mientras, el demás personal se la pasa charlando sin importar que haya filas para ser atendido. La verdad es muy tedioso y exasperante el ir a comprar en este negocio, solamente la necesidad te detiene de no salir corriendo enojado. Muy malo.
Terrible service. The attention of the staff is bad. From the moment the customer enters, he is harassed by rushing to choose what to buy. There is no freedom to look and walk the aisles. After you decide, the seller takes too long to fill the order and does not say the line in boxes to pay, where the service becomes slower because there is only one person who charges (which in itself is already late) and delivers the merchandise. You have to wait for the entire queue to be charged for it to review and deliver the merchandise according to the ticket. Meanwhile, the other staff spend their time chatting regardless of the queues to be served. The truth is that it is very tedious and infuriating to go shopping in this business, only the need stops you from running away angry. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy vacía la tienda, muy poco surtido y pues personal también. Tienen algunas telas con descuentos pero no los tienen publicados te das cuanta hasta que pagas. El personal un poco más amable y accesible ya que en anteriores veces está de muy mal humor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen surtido de telas, mucha afluencia de personas con ánimos de comprar, pero poco personal para atender. Las empleadas terminan agotadas. Y muchas personas abandonan la tienda por la demora. Deberían contratar más personal para atender al público.
Good assortment of fabrics, lots of people in the mood to buy, but few staff to serve. The employees end up exhausted. And many people leave the store because of the delay. They should hire more staff to serve the public.
