★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los productos son buenos sin embargo la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear, para que te puedan atender son más de 15 minutos haciendo fila, te ofrecen un monedero electrónico para acumular puntos por cada compra pero nunca pasa y se atora su sistema los empleados son poco empáticos y parece no hay nadie en servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar amplio con variedad de productos, muy tardado en el servicio y la atención que ofrecen es muy mala hay que buscar a tu vendedor y tardan mucho en ingresar tus pedidos, te recomiendo ir con tiempo y que escojas antes lo que vas a comprar antes de buscar a tu vendedor, no te tratan con cordialidad, aceptan pago con tarjeta y no hay entrada para personas con silla de ruedas ya que el lugar no está adaptado para estos clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comento que ya son tres ocasiones en las que hemos comprado tela en esta tienda y no miden correctamente los tramos solicitados en esta ocasión se pidió un tramo de 5 m, para verificarlo en casa hago un tendido a doble tela para corte y tengo dos lienzos de 2.45m y otro de 2.46m, teniendo una diferencia total de aproximadamente 10cm, esto me afecta en mi corte, asegúrense que les miden bien, que no estiren su tela y que les dejan la tolerancia del 1% por manejo de corte de tela, en mi caso deberían ser 5cm, en los anteriores cortes la diferencia fue de 40 y 60cm
