★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, pensé que había sido algo de una ocasión pero siempre que voy es lo mismo, te ponen cara, no te saludan, te atienden como sí te hicieran un favor, y ni hablar de la joven que está en cajas, truena la boca y no tiene paciencia, muy pocos chicos que atienden han sido amables, casi les tienes que rogar, no te ayudan, no te asesoran. Parece que no hay gerente y sí lo hay pues es una mala elección para la empresa porque difinitivamente les hace falta aprender a decir "buenos días" "en que más le puedo ayudar?" etc. No hay duda que por eso su competencia tiene más clientela.
Ojalá cambien de actitud.
Terrible customer service, I thought it had been something of an occasion but whenever I go it is the same, they put a face on you, they do not greet you, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor, and not to mention the young woman who is in boxes, it thunders the mouth and has no patience, very few guys who attend have been kind, you almost have to beg them, they do not help you, they do not advise you. It seems that there is no manager and there is, because it is a bad choice for the company because they definitely need to learn to say "good morning" "how else can I help you?" etc. There is no doubt that this is why your competition has more customers.
I hope they change their attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mmm... La atención del asesor buena con disposición, pero compré un artículo un resistol tipo UHU que al llegar a casa lo saqué del empaque y venía vacío pues se derramó dentro del empaque, así que en ese tipo de artículos revisar antes de salir de tienda, si no ya después no hay cambios
