★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal de caja es mala ya que la señora que me cobro estaba como de malas y al preguntar si podía pagar con 2 tarjetas de puntos payback para usarlos me dijo que solo uno y lo demás en efectivo porque no me iba a cobrar menos de 50 en tarjeta ???. Las personas que te atienden en las telas de la Planta baja, 1er y 2do piso son muy amables al igual que la chica de mercería. Te explican a detalle si algo que necesitas no sabes bien para que lo quieres.
 The attention of the cashier staff is bad since the lady who charged me was as bad and when I asked if I could pay with 2 payback point cards to use them she told me that only one and the rest in cash because she was not going to charge me less 50 on tarjeta card. The people who serve you in the fabrics on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor are very friendly as well as the haberdashery girl. They explain in detail if something you need you don't know well why you want it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha variedad en telas y siguen agregando artículos y más productos bien, la verdad me gustaría que indicaran el proceso de atención, estuve esperando y me ignoraron hasta que alguien me indicó que era necesario formarse. No todos son amables pero me gusta la variedad de artículos.

They lack staff organization, they don't give enough attention and take a long time getting paid, it takes about 40 minutes to buy a single thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La última vez que fui a comprar fue muy desagradable, el chavo que me atendió tenía una tos crónica, no traía el cubrebocas bien puesto, y se sacó los mocos mientras me atendía, pésimo servicio al cliente.
The last time I went shopping it was very unpleasant, the guy who attended me had a chronic cough, he did not have the mask on properly, and he removed his snot while he attended to me, lousy customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo... Es un lugar totalmente cerrado. Tanto empleados como público en general bañados en sudor en el segundo piso. Avaros los dueños por no prender el clima, pero no una ventilación hay en ese lugar . Muy mal
Terrible... It is a totally closed place. Both employees and the general public bathed in sweat on the second floor. The owners are greedy for not turning on the climate, but there is no ventilation in that place. Very bad
