Deberían tener más empleados o que den turnos a los clientes porque los empleados no siempre se dan cuenta y atienden a los que van llegando y se les olvida que tienen clientes formados esperando a que los atiendan.
Very little assortment, very poorly organized and they serve too slowly.
They should have more employees or give shifts to customers because employees do not always realize and attend to those who are arriving and they forget that they have customers lined up waiting to be served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui a comprar listones y una de las empleadas de merceria se la paso hablando por celular, planeando sus vacaciones del próximo martes y remarcando números en una libreta, cuando le comente lo que quería, se ofendió y de manera grosera dijo que había otra persona para atenderme, fui con otra empleada desocupada, quien manifestó que ella era de telas y no de mercería, así que solo estaba una de las dos personas en mercería atendiendo, por lo que el tiempo de espera es demasiado y la calidad en el servicio al cliente es decadente.
Terrible service, I went to buy ribbons and one of the haberdashery employees was talking on her cell phone, planning her vacations for next Tuesday and marking numbers in a notebook, when I told her what I wanted, she was offended and rudely said that she had another person to attend to me, I went with another unemployed employee, who stated that she was in fabrics and not in haberdashery, so only one of the two people in haberdashery was attending, so the waiting time is too long and the quality in the customer service is decadent.
