★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, están en un excelente precio las telas de temporada también me gusta que tengan mucha variedad de telas y sobre todo por que aceptan pagos con tarjeta y reciben pagos de luz, telefono y jafra.

Era la única adentro y ninguno de los empleados me pudo atender, la señora de la caja respondiéndome como si yo supiera donde están las cosas, le pregunto a ella porque ella es la que trabaja ahí no yo y súper apáticamente un empleado me dirige con el otro empleado y viceversa, me fui sin comprar nada, no es la primera vez que me pasa, tienen EL PEOR SERVICIO que alguien pueda imaginar. Poco me falto para yo misma cortar las telas que quería.
I went today Monday 7:30 pm and it was the WORST service. I was the only one inside and none of the employees could attend to me, the lady of the box answering me as if I knew where things are, I ask her because she is the one who works there, not me, and a very apathetic employee leads me with the Another employee and vice versa, I left without buying anything, it is not the first time this has happened to me, they have THE WORST SERVICE anyone can imagine. Little did I lack for myself to cut the fabrics I wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez que fui pésima atención, pregunté por un artículo y sin más me dijeron que no tenían, pero fue más porque interrumpí la platica de los trabajadores de mercería. Llego a caja y lo mismo, la cajera platicando y ni me veía a la cara (fue antes de la pandemia). La siguiente vez fui por necesidad, porque se encuentra dentro del centro comercial se me hizo más fácil pero aunque no había gente se tardaron en atenderme, desde entonces no voy.
The first time I got terrible attention, I asked for an item and they just told me they didn't have them, but it was more because I interrupted the conversation of the haberdashery workers. I arrive at the checkout and the same, the cashier talking and she didn't even see my face (it was before the pandemic). The next time I went out of necessity, because it is inside the shopping center, it made it easier for me, but although there were no people, they took time to attend to me, since then I have not been.

They hold on to stuff by giving u a paper then u take the paper to the cashier then ur sent to another window to pick up wat u paid for n they still have to check d receipt against the stuff ur purchasing before giving it to u...too much hassel i think
