★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, siempre que he ido tengo problemas, por mal corte de tela, por cobros de más, porque no tienen conocimientos mínimos sobre los productos, porque me han dado una tela por otra, me han cobrado otra tela que no es la que llevo, chuequisimos los cortes de las telas,en fin,de lo peor en esta sucursal de Alfredo del Mazo, por el chedraui.

No sabe tratar a los clientes!! deverian de mandarla a tomar un curso de "Atencion al Cliente" y Calidad en el Servicio". Es una Pena que trabaje este tipo de gente!!! Somos Clientes, no vamos a pedir nada regalado!! No volvere a comprar ahi.

El lugar como es de esperar es amplio, su iluminación es la adecuada, se encuentra ordenada, con un gran surtido en utensilios comerciales de telas y accesorios, pues si se requiere de algo mas especializado no es la tienda a visitar,los precios se mantienen en todas sus tiendas por igual, así que da igual asistir a cualquiera de sus sucursales, cuenta con un estacionamiento amplio pero compartido ya que la tienda esta anexo a un centro comercial, es una pena que la atención va depender de quien te atienda pues te llegaras a encontrar despachadores con mal carácter y otros que son muy buenos en su trabajo. Aunque hay que destacar que en cada tienda tienden a dar promociones independientes a otras sucursales.
