★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes estaba más y mejor surtido, ahora se ve con un aspecto de deterioro y hasta sucio, el servicio sigue siendo pésimo, y aveces tardan minutos en atenderte.
Tienen precios económicos pero les falta mejorar la calidad visual y atención al cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De esta tienda y de está sucursal me gusta el surtido porque creo que al ser la más grande pues tiene más cosas que los otros Modatelas de la ciudad, siempre tienen cosas nuevas y encuentras lo que andas buscando, sino ellos te dicen si les llegará o de plano no manejan el producto. Pero hay cosas bastante negativas de la misma, en primer lugar no hay donde estacionarse y tienes que buscar donde dejar tu vehículo o de plano caminar, otro es que no de guardan las medidas de sana distancia ni los protocolos, los empleados son medianamente amables de 10, uno es amable los demás tienen mala actitud y la atención es pésima, en mercería es ridículo el tiempo de espera, no se organizan o no hay muchos empelados en el área, necesitan algún curso de atención al cliente porque aunque siempre está lleno, el cliente se fastidia del mismo trato y no dan ganas de regresar, esperemos que mejoren...
I like the assortment of this store and this branch because I think that being the largest it has more things than the other Modatelas in the city, they always have new things and you find what you are looking for, if not they tell you if it will arrive or out of hand they do not handle the product. But there are quite negative things about it, first of all there is no where to park and you have to find where to leave your vehicle or walk, another is that they do not keep the healthy distance measures or the protocols, the employees are moderately friendly. 10, one is kind, the others have a bad attitude and the service is terrible, waiting time is ridiculous at the haberdashery, they are not organized or there are not many employees in the area, they need a customer service course because although it is always full, the client gets annoyed with the same treatment and does not want to return, hopefully they improve ...
