Sin embargo solicite una cotización por Messenger del diseño exacto que quería me dieron un precio, hice cita y al llegar a mi cita me dijeron que era más el costo a la cotización, posteriormente tuve que volver otro día para que terminaran mi manicura la cual era el mismo diseño a la pedicura, me dijeron que dejara pagado y lo deje pagado. Pero el día que fui a que terminaran mi paquete me dicen que se les había olvidado agregar un diseño que no lo habían contemplado. Pésimo servicio, si dan una cotización deben de respetarla o decirte desde el principio el costo total y no estar modificando precios una vez que ya estás en el establecimiento. Sin embargo la señorita que me atendió fue muy amable. Además no respetan los precios que se encuentran en la página facebook cobrándote servicios de más. Cuando quieres tomar cita para corrección de alguna uña mala hecha, resulta que no tienen espacio en agenda. No es un lugar especializado en uñas. Me salió sangre de un dedo, se ensució y así lo metió nuevamente al contenedor CERO HIGIÉNICO, la mesa está súper sucia vean las orillas llenas de residuos de uñas y acrílico 3- te hacen un “mani “ en la mesa , ahí hacen todo el cochinero en una toalla sucia y te súper lastiman la piel con su exfoliante horrible NO VAYAN . 4- te cobran retiro y para colmo ni te lo quitan bien . Tuve que pedir que me quitaran el gelish por que la calidad de sus productos y de su trabajo es pésimo. 5- su gerente NUNCA dio la cara , le dije q la Srita q me atendía y la persona que te cobra q le hablaran y primero dijo que estaba en una llamada y después dijeron que ya se había ido .
