★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de hacer cita con 3 días de anticipación, nos mandan mensaje horas antes de la cita para informarnos que no les es posible atendernos en el horario que habíamos reservado. Solo nos sugirieron cambiar la fecha sin importarles nuestra disponibilidad de tiempo. Vaya ni siquiera se ofrecieron a darnos un servicio extra como compensación por habernos cancelado nuestra cita.
Despite making an appointment 3 days in advance, they send us a message hours before the appointment to inform us that it is not possible for them to attend us at the time we had reserved. They only suggested changing the date regardless of our time availability. Wow, they didn't even offer to give us an extra service as compensation for canceling our appointment.
