★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se renta la casa 07 pero la dueña no respeta a sus inquilinos desde que llege son quejas de todo, incluso me prohibio la entrada por atrasarme con su renta un mes. No se a preocupado por mantenimiento ni un solo dia. No recomiendo renten esta propiedad pago 15,000 y no los valen en lo absoluto. El fraccionamiento bien solo incomodo por la construccion. pero esta gente pesismos renteros. E rentado en muchas partes de mexico en lugares muy exclusivos y nunca me tope con este tipo de cosas.
House 07 is rented but the owner does not respect her tenants since she arrives they are complaints about everything, she even prohibited me from entering because I was late with her rent a month. Not concerned with maintenance for a single day. I do not recommend renting this property for 15,000 and they are not worth it at all. The fractionation well only inconvenient for the construction. but these people rent pessimism. I have rented in many parts of Mexico in very exclusive places and I never came across this type of thing.
