About Modern Education Center
Nos fundamos en el año de 1984, iniciando actividades en la calle de Obrero Mundial con una población de 20 niños en edad preescolar. Para el final de nuestro primer año y a petición de los padres de familia de dichos niños, se abrieron los grados de 1° Y 2° de primaria.
Para 1989 debido al incremento en el alumnado, nos mudamos a Av. Coyoacán abriendo con gran éxito todos los niveles de primaria. Dichas instalaciones fueron nuestra sede hasta el año 2007.
Actualmente estamos ubicados en Av. Xola No. 36; al inaugurar estas instalaciones nuestros alumnos de cada grado plasmaron las palmas de sus manos para así dejar huella de su paso por esta institución, que siempre será su colegio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un colegio tradicional, bilingüe y donde el respeto y reglas se observan. Dejan tarea (a veces mucha), terminan todos los libros que piden y hay un esquema para que los niños se familiaricen y vivan la segunda lengua (inglés), de manera natural. Los niños (la mayoría) sale contentos. Yo estoy muy a gusto con lo que han aprendido mis hijos. No todos los niños y papás se adaptan al método, pero yo sí lo recomiendo.
It is a traditional, bilingual school and where respect and rules are observed. They leave homework (sometimes a lot), finish all the books they ask for and there is a scheme for children to become familiar and live the second language (English), naturally. The children (most) are happy. I am very comfortable with what my children have learned. Not all children and parents adapt to the method, but I do recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La escuela proporciona un buen nivel académico a los niños, sin embargo tienen un método bastante robotizado: exámenes a cada rato y aprendizaje basado en la memorización. Además, creo que ven al alumno como un cliente más (en toda la extensión de la palabra) y no como un ser humano en formación humanística. Los casos de bullying los ocultan para no manchar la imagen de la escuela, y las sugerencias de los padres de familia nunca son tomadas en cuenta. Si buscan una escuela en donde el niño aprenda mecánicamente, sin duda, ésta es la opción.
The school provides a good academic level for the children, however they have a fairly robotic method: tests at all times and learning based on memorization. In addition, I think they see the student as just another client (in all the extension of the word) and not as a human being in humanistic training. Cases of bullying are hidden so as not to tarnish the image of the school, and the suggestions of parents are never taken into account. If you are looking for a school where the child learns mechanically, without a doubt, this is the option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi opinión considero que es una excelente escuela, los grupos son reducidos y las maestras se dan a la tarea de conocer muy bien a los alumnos, los ubican perfectamente bien y los valores que les enseñan son de respeto, tolerancia y unión entre los alumnos.
El plan de estudios es muy completo y les dejan tarea la suficiente para que el alumno aprenda.
El nivel de inglés en los alumnos es excelente, por lo que concierne a los profesores puedo decir que cuentan con un nivel profesional y avanzado en la materia.
In my opinion, I consider that it is an excellent school, the groups are small and the teachers are given the task of knowing the students very well, they place them perfectly well and the values they teach are respect, tolerance and union among the students. .
The curriculum is very complete and they leave enough homework for the student to learn.
The level of English in the students is excellent, as far as the teachers are concerned, I can say that they have a professional and advanced level in the subject.
