De los 2 tramos de transfer contratado con esta agencia, en la Ciudad de Mexico, llegaron tarde 1 hora la primera vez y 20 minutos la segunda.
En ambas oportunidades tuve que llamar a la agencia para validar si vendrían a buscarme.
La calidad de los vehículos fue muy buena, pero al demorarse tanto ya no había nada que pudiera quitarme el mal sabor de boca del servicio.
Sin dudas, la proxima vez usaré Uber
They are late to look for you
Of the 2 transfer sections contracted with this agency, in Mexico City, they were 1 hour late the first time and 20 minutes the second.
On both occasions I had to call the agency to validate if they would come looking for me.
The quality of the vehicles was very good, but after taking so long there was nothing that could take away the bad taste in my mouth of the service.
Without a doubt, next time I will use Uber

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give them 4 out of 5 stars because of the professional service given by their guides. The tours booked with them were great in terms of value . However on arrival in Mexico, they forgot to pick us up in the airport. This was most distressing especially since I do not speak spanish. If it wasn't the excellent tours and tour guides this rating would be a 3.
