★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, tiempo de espera de casi 1 hora en entregarte calzado, te dejan el pedido colgado y tienes que ir a buscar a otro empleado a que termine la orden, cajeros muy groseros

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía cerca de 5 años de no ir a la zapateria, la atención es muy amable de quien te recibe y quien cobra, pero no comprendo porque tanto en traer zapatos. Creo deberían cambiar el método de encontrar. Porque esperar media hora para que traigan los zapatos considero es mucho, y suponiendo te quede el estilo, otros 15 o 20 minutos en que te traigan la caja. Más lo que haces en pagar. Woo eso es mucho. Ahora comprendo porque tenia tanto sin comprar zapatos en zapateria.
I hadn't been to the shoe store for about 5 years, the attention is very kind from the one who receives you and the one who charges, but I don't understand why so much about bringing shoes. I think they should change the find method. Because waiting half an hour for them to bring the shoes I consider is a lot, and assuming you have the style, another 15 or 20 minutes for the box to be brought to you. Plus what you do to pay.
