Here you'll be able to satisfy all of your bus-taking needs.
You can buy bus tickets, you can wait for your bus in waiting rooms, you can pay to use the restroom, you can buy junk food at super high prices for no reason... The whole experience!!
...jokes aside, it's just a bus terminal. I mean... What can be said about it? You know what to expect, and it delivers.
Nothing special, really; but the service, in my own personal experience, is very good.
Although I suggest buying your tickets online.

I was taken all throughout towns in Guadalajara and arrived 6 hours later to my destination. We had to get out of the bus!!!!!!!!
