★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, los operadores que laboran están capacitados para atender a personas con discapacidad, 3 edad y personas trans, laboran con un horario de 8am a 2pm.
De septiembre a diciembre tienen un horario adicional en la tarde con un horario de 2pm a 8pm.
The service is good, the operators who work are trained to serve people with disabilities, 3 age and trans people, they work from 8am to 2pm.

Super atención a personas con cita, muy rápido el tramite, respetan las normas de contingencia y muy amables todo el personal del lugar, no se puede decir que solo te lleva 30 minutos el tramite con cita claro, muy accesibles y sobre todo excelencia en sus tramites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El problema es antes de la apertura de hacen una, dos, tres filas, y si vas por primera vez no sabes dónde formarte para la apertura a las 8:00 AM se hace un relajo por eso solo cuatro estrellas, la atención del personal es buena fue rápido mi trámite por que llevaba toda la documentación completa, tarde menos de 15 minutos. Recomiendo:
1 llevar la documentación completa y exacta para tu trámite sea rápido, por lo que consulta internet antes de ir.
2 Estar presentes en el lugar a las 7:00 AM por qué la gente se forma desde esa hora debido a la gran población de este municipio.
3 Hay un joven de los tamales y atole que llega a las 8:00 por si no te dió tiempo de desayunar.
4 si vas a internet saca una cita programada ya que eso agiliza la operación bastante.
