★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yo solo necesito saber, ya están abiertas al público los trámites en ventanilla, mi caso así lo requiere. hice mi registro y solicitud ante la Secretaria de Atención Ciudadana varias veces y solo responden que ya ha sido turnado (sin respuesta).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es bueno llevar todos los documentos. Investigar antes de ir que papeles requieren porque ponen muchas trabas y se pierde mucho tiempo. Llevar la cita impresa antes que nada. Como todo tramite burocrático es tardado.
It is good to carry all the documents. Investigate before you go what papers are required because they put many obstacles and you lose a lot of time. Bring the printed quote before anything else. Like all bureaucratic procedures it is time consuming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es solo con cita, el tema que si tienes que hacer varios tramites solo se permite realizar uno aunque tengas la documentación completa debes de sacar cita para cada trámite y el portal solo te permite una cita, definitivamente es mucho más rápido y eficiente el estado de mexico
Attention is only by appointment, the issue that if you have to do several procedures, only one is allowed, even if you have the complete documentation, you must make an appointment for each procedure and the portal only allows you one appointment, it is definitely much faster and more efficient the Mexico state

Yo expuse, y expongo ahora, una queja. Me accidenté en noviembre 2020 y cuento con la carta emitida en dicha fecha por la aseguradora para temas de indemnización por pérdida total. Sin embargo, a la semovi no le bastó y me obligaron en el módulo a pagar la tenencia del ejercicio 2021 por un carro que dejé de tener en nov-2020 ¿no es acaso una estupidez pagar tenencia por algo que ya no tienes?
Sin embargo te atoran con la necesidad ya que necesitas pagar forzosamente para que emitan la baja de la placa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tramite rapido de 10 a 15min y efectivo; Las instrucciones son claras tanto en la pagina como en el modulo que la gente no sepa seguir instrucciones y siempre les falte algo o no puedan realizar su tramite es otra cosa, respetan mucho el horario de las citas y claramente sin ella no te atienden el sabado el horario es hasta la 1pm, no ahi como tal estacionamiento aun que la mayoria se estaciona en la via no se que tan seguro sea (por los puercos!) y no ahi lugar de espera o algo es un pequeño modulo en la calle arriba de la banqueta literal jajajajaja
