Everything is very well organized. Check and double-check that you've brought all of your required documents and copies, especially if you're not a citizen, and it's smooth sailing. 5 star staff!! Important info/small edit: when you bring your ORIGINAL documents and copies, it's very important to have all of the pages. I used our telephone bill (5 pages?) and brought the whole thing.
