Si vas sin cita tienes que esperar muchísimo. Yo hice cita y en menos de una hora ya tenía mi licencia, aclarando, mi tramite fue renovación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy rápido los procedimientos y buena atención de los trabajadores, pero en las hojas de requisitos de a fuera del establecimiento no mencionan que se valide e imprima el pago de algunos trámites independientemente de donde se efectuó el pago aún con ticket, por lo cual si es importante hacer lo anterior para evitar molestias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden súper mal, una señora (alta,gordita, pelo rizado esponjado) se enojo porque le pedía que repitiera las cosas, hablaba súper rápido y bien bajito, cero tacto, se nota que ni siquiera los capacitan para atender, hacen que un trámite sencillo sea tedioso, no tienen medidas sanitarias, súper antihigiénico que te pasen de silla en silla, instalaciones pésimas, si odian su trabajo que culpa tenemos los que vamos sinceramente de los peores trámites que he realizado
