★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio va de mal en peor, hace 15 años hacia el trámite en 15 minutos, ahora estuve hora y media formado en el sol y mejor dejé l fila porque no iba a pasar. ??♂️??♂️??♂️???
The service goes from bad to worse, 15 years ago I was going through the process in 15 minutes, now I was trained in the sun for an hour and a half and I better left the line because it was not going to happen. ??♂️??♂️??♂️???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DEFICIENTE SERVICIO. No cuentan con plásticos desde hace un mes y te dan un numero para que te comuniques y preguntar si ya cuentan con ellos, pero cuando llamas ni si quiera se toman la molestia de contestar
POOR SERVICE. They haven't had plastic for a month and they give you a number to call and ask if they already have them, but when you call they don't even bother to answer.

Deberian tener servicio de citas y mas informacion....que pesimo sericio!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio. Solo los chicos de la puerta son muy déspotas para contestar cuándo se acerca alguien a preguntar. El trámite después pasando al segundo módulo es muy rápido y la atención es buena.
Excellent service. Only the guys at the door are very despotic to answer when someone comes to ask. The procedure after going to the second module is very fast and the service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hay gente que empieza a hacer fila desde las 5 am por la lentitud de los empleados de esta oficina, solo atienden a 50 personas por dia, supongo que si atienden mas les da ansiedad y se estresan, web o nes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio fue rápido y más eficiente que hace tres años . Sugerencia es que pueda uno pagar en línea y llegar a realizar el tramite
El hecho de hacer dos filas (una para obtener el formato e ir a pagar) y luego otra fila para la licencia no es eficiente
Otra sugerencia es que hagan el proceso más lineal porque se brinca de un modulo a otro lo cual hace un poco lento el proceso
The service was quick and more efficient than three years ago. Suggestion is that one can pay online and get to carry out the process
The fact of doing two rows (one to get the format and go to pay) and then another row for the license is not efficient
Another suggestion is that they make the process more linear because it jumps from one module to another which makes the process a bit slow.
