★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya fui a mi cita en abril y la verdad me dieron un excelente servicio en cambio de propietario me dieron mi tarjeta de circulación y tardaron unos 30 min máximo en todo el tramite.
I already went to my appointment in April and the truth is that they gave me an excellent service. In exchange for ownership, they gave me my circulation card and it took a maximum of 30 minutes for the entire process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención rapida, se dirigen coordialmente, solo piden lo que te marca en sus lineamientos, único detalle piden última tenencia y esta no la.marcan como requisitos en la cita que te dan, pero si te iforman antes de entrar.
Quick attention, they address each other cordially, they only ask for what is marked in their guidelines, the only detail they ask for is the last tenure and they do not mark it as requirements in the appointment they give you, but they do inform you before entering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las peores experiencias que he tenido en cuanto a trámites vehiculares se refiere. La atención por parte del personal de inicio es mala, de malas y deficiente... No ponen atención a los requerimientos, no dan soluciones, no saben a dónde canalizar al contribuyente, nos traen vuelta y vuelta y no resuelven nada.
Espero que Contraloría de la CDMX ponga atención a esto y dé soluciones a la brevedad posible.
One of the worst experiences I've had in terms of vehicular procedures. The attention from the startup staff is bad, bad and deficient... They don't pay attention to the requirements, they don't give solutions, they don't know where to channel the taxpayer, they bring us back and forth and they don't solve anything.
I hope that the Comptroller of the CDMX pays attention to this and provides solutions as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de recepción fue muy amable sin embargo hay algunas otras en ventanilla, que tratan de manera nefasta, te avientan las cosas y te las azotan, lo cual no se me hace correcto, comprendo que hay días buenos y malos pero no justifica ese tipo de comportamiento
The reception staff was very friendly, however there are some others at the window, who treat you in a disastrous way, they throw things at you and whip them, which does not seem right to me, I understand that there are good and bad days but it does not justify that type of behavior
