Cuando te venden la tarjeta no te explican cómo funciona ni los límites, yo le puse 2 recargas consecutivas de $200 pesos, y se bloqueó la tarjeta, por espacio de una semana no la pude usar por falta de tiempo para acudir al centro de atención, cuando fuí, gente prepotente y te dejan esperando aún cuando no estén atendiendo a nadie, ésto en oficinas alameda, además, te obligan a dar tus datos o transferir el saldo de la tarjeta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui poco antes de la 1PM, un poco tardada la fila para entrar ya que por pandemia solo atienden de dos en dos personas. Fui porque se bloqueó mi tarjeta por exceso de recarga ($400.00), cuando me atendieron fue bastante rápido el proceso y pudieron resolver mi problema. Me personalizaron mi tarjeta para poder recargar hasta $500.00 pesos. Consejo: según la señorita que atiende, en las mañana no hay gente. 8/10
I went shortly before 1PM, the line to enter was a bit slow since due to the pandemic they only serve two people at a time. I went because my card was blocked due to excess recharge ($400.00), when they assisted me the process was quite fast and they were able to solve my problem.
