★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes! Todo un rollo para dar de baja el servicio que uno ya no quiere tiene uno que marcar el numero de Izzi de ahí a la opción 4 y Lugo la 3 y luego 4 y luego la 3 y al final la 1 ! ? ósea como ? Sus políticas para poder dar de baja el " servicio " como ven ?

Never in my life have I been the victim of such lousy customer service in any establishment. They don't give you a solution, they just say "they can't help you."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No devuelves equipos aqui, mas bien alejate de aqui y esta empresa. Nadie dice que necesito un comprobante cuando devolvimos un equipo, hasta el chico dijo que no lo necesitas cuando le pedimos uno. Ahora Izzi quiere cobrarnos por el equipo que ya lo tiene. El agente luego dijo que solo el titulo puede devolver el equipo, pero ya le pregunte cuando llame para cancelar el servicio que ya me voy del pais despues de la llamada, y dice que puedo pedir a alguien para dejar el equpo en cualquier local de Izzi. Servicios muy inconsistentes, y me molesta por sms y llamadas diario para algo que es de su problema.
You do not return equipment here, rather get away from here and this company. Nobody says I need a receipt when we return a kit, even the guy said you don't need it when we asked for one. Now Izzi wants to charge us for the team that already has it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es imposible comunicarse con esta empresa, tienen cientos de opciones y ninguna funciona: teléfono, me cuelgan siempre que llamo; pedí que me llamaran y 4 veces me colgaron; chat, nadie contesta; whatsapp , después de casi 1 hora me dicen que vaya a la sucursal. Si voy a la sucursal, ¿de que sirve tanto medio de comunicación??? Están en la Edad de Piedra en el servicio!
It is impossible to communicate with this company, they have hundreds of options and none of them work: telephone, they hang up on me every time I call; I asked them to call me and 4 times they hung up on me; chat, no one answers; whatsapp, after almost 1 hour they tell me to go to the branch. If I go to the branch, what is the use of so many means of communication??? They are in the Stone Age in the service!
