Via telefónica cancele servicio de vídeo,me dieron folio y me pidieron llevará el control y decodificador..Lo lleve y todo bien.. Hasta unas horas más tarde que no tenía internet y dos días después que me marcaron que van a mi domicilio a hacer una instalación?? Pues resulta que la chica que recibió los artículos dió de baja todo el servicio y no me comentó absolutamente nada (cabe mencionar que cuando fui a la tienda solo se estaba secreteando con una de sus compañeras) se me hace una falta de profesionalismo que no acepten su error,que no te digan/expliquen lo que sucedio y que lo solucionaran a la brevedad posible.. X

Via phone I canceled video service, they gave me a folio and asked me to take the control and decoder .. I took it and everything was fine .. Until a few hours later I did not have internet and two days later they called me that they are going to my home to do an installation?? Well, it turns out that the girl who received the items canceled the entire service and did not tell me anything at all (it is worth mentioning that when I went to the store she was only secreting with one of her colleagues) I have a lack of professionalism that they do not accept their error, that they do not tell you / explain what happened and that they will solve it as soon as possible. X
