★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cumplen con las medidas de salud y son amables al atender, pero si te atienden, ya que la vez que fui a sacar mi INE, paso lo mismo que al recogerlo, hay una fila de personas sin saber si están formados esperando el turno junto con los que tienen cita, pero no se les proporciona nada de información, tienes que meterte a preguntar y las personas se molestan porque creen que te estas adelantando, si es verdad que les falta personal, pero aun así podrían tratar de dar indicaciones cada cierto tiempo, o colocar algún cartel, con instrucciones para las filas y turnos.
They comply with the health measures and are kind when attending, but they do attend to you, since the time I went to get my INE, the same thing happened as when I picked it up, there is a line of people without knowing if they are lined up waiting for their turn together with those who have an appointment, but they are not given any information, you have to go in and ask and people get upset because they think you are getting ahead of yourself, if it is true that they lack staff, but even so they could try to give directions from time to time , or place a poster, with instructions for lines and shifts.
