★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí para solicitar información del trámite para la renovación de la tarjeta de circulación. Tienen dos filas, una sólo para informes y otra para las personas que realizaran trámites con cita. Estan bien organizados, son muy amables, pero lamentablemente no tienen mucho personal, por la situación de contagios por COVID-19. Sin embargo, muy atentos y pendientes de qué realices tus trámites correctamente.
I went to request information on the procedure for the renewal of the circulation card. They have two lines, one only for reports and another for people who carry out procedures by appointment. They are well organized, they are very friendly, but unfortunately they do not have many staff, due to the situation of COVID-19 infections. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para variar, no te indican que en el trámite, por ejemplo de cambio de propietario en marzo, tienes que tener pagada la tenencia del año en curso (cuando la fecha límite para el pago es en abril), y obviamente esto provoca tiempos de espera hasta que se acredite el pago de la tenencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta situado en un lugar conveniente, y el tiempo de espera no fue demasiado largo (hora y media, aproximadamente) . Recomiendo cada vez que se entreguen o reciban documentos verificar cada uno de ellos, porque cuando fui, mi factura de automovil no aparecía. Tuve que localizarla yo mismo en el escritorio de la persona que revisó los documentos a la entrada, y no recibí disculpa ni explicación por este hecho.
It is located in a convenient place, and the waiting time was not too long (approximately an hour and a half). I recommend verifying each one of them every time documents are delivered or received, because when I went, my car invoice did not appear. I had to locate it myself at the desk of the person who checked the documents at the entrance, and I received no apology or explanation for this fact.
