★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los servidores de este módulo, son pésimos en atención ciudadana, las dos señoritas que se ven al fondo se quedaron a platicar por lo menos 8 a 10 minutos, mientras otro de sus compañeros, encargaba el desayuno a la de limpieza, pudieron utilizar este tiempo para atender a una persona que necesitaba su INE ya que le fue condicionado en su trabajo con ultimátum de que tenía que tramitar su licencia pero con su identificación actualizada, sin embargo en la página las citas están inhabilitadas o ya agendadas hasta en dos meses. El punto es que estas personas servidoras aún con cita se toman su tiempo mientras las personas esperándolos en su cubículo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio la persona en la entrada muy grosera y contesta de mala manera vallan mejor al que esta en plaza lago el tramite ahí es rápido y todos son muy amables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me aceptan credenciales escolares a menos que estén reselladas. O sea que si tú escuela está cerrada tienes que abrirla y poner a trabajar a todos para que te acepten y puedas sacar tu INE siendo estudiante, en verdad eso ya es solamente para j**er a las personas.
They won't accept my school credentials unless they are re-stamped. In other words, if your school is closed, you have to open it and put everyone to work so that they accept you and you can get your INE as a student, really that is just to f*ck people up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por la tarde 5pm a realizar el trámite de reposición y sin cita . Y con los documentos correctos fue rápido aprox 20 min.
I went in the afternoon at 5pm to carry out the replacement procedure and without an appointment. And with the correct documents it was fast approx 20 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas con cita es más fácil y rápido hacer el trámite. No haces fila y no tardas en llegar e irte. Puedes hacerlo vía internet desde tu casa, en un ciber lugar o llamando al teléfono del INE. El personal es muy amable cuando cumples con todos los requisitos y si no, te va a parecer que no te tratan bien pero debes de considerar realizar todos los pasos y requisitos para que puedas obtener tu identificación de una forma rápida.
If you go by appointment, it is easier and faster to do the procedure. You don't stand in line and it doesn't take long to get there and go. You can do it via the internet from your home, in a cyber place or by calling the INE's phone number. The staff is very friendly when you meet all the requirements and if not, it will seem that they do not treat you well but you should consider doing all the steps and requirements so that you can obtain your identification quickly.

Todo lo contrario con los de tramites! Muy amables y pacientes.
Appointments are not respected, you have to line up anyway! The lady at the reception is VERY rude and reluctantly attends you ha!
