★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos son amables eso no lo puedo negar, el problema es que no hay nada de organización entre ellos. Había 8 personas laborando y aunque todos están trabajando, cada uno de ellos da diferentes instrucciones cada vez que salen a ayudar.
Atienden personas con citas y personas sin citas, el problema que observé hoy es que juntan a todos en la misma fila. Note que nombraban adentro a las personas que todavía no estaban adentro y salían a nombrar personas que ya se encontraban adentro de la oficina.
Mi cita fue a las 10:30 am y me retire del lugar a las 2:15.
Aparte no actualizan la página en Google y tuve que editar la ubicación de la oficina que estaba incorrecta

They serve people with dates and people without dates, the problem I observed today is that they bring everyone together in the same row. Notice that they named inside the people who were not yet inside and went out to name people who were already inside the office.
My appointment was at 10:30 am and I left the place at 2:15.
Besides they do not update the page in Google and I had to edit the location of the office that was incorrect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo mejor es que hagas tu cita lo más temprano, porque así la respetan. En teoría no pasan personas sin cita (hay una lona que lo dice), pero como todo buen mexicano, hay quien llega sin cita y lo atienden.
Si llevas tus papeles correctos es rápido y fluido, una hora a lo mucho.
El personal muy amable, todas las medidas de seguridad, limpian cada pasa alguien a cada lugar.

If you carry your correct papers it is fast and fluid, an hour at the most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si llevas cita realizas tu trámite rapidísimo. Siempre está lleno de gente y apenas caben, pero eso no es culpa de los funcionarios, lo que si creo es que podrían ser un poco más amables.
Muy bien ubicado, la zona no es insegura, y si llevas cita es rapidísima tu visita.
