★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, comenzando por el guardia de la entrada y con excepción de la que supongo que es la supervisora todos son unos pelados, yo los invito a que pongan una queja en el INE, nosotros la pusimos se aprovechan de los jóvenes que van por primera vez a sacar su INE y de las personas de la tercera edad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, me dieron cita para recoger credencial y no la tuvieron a tiempo, volví a ir y tampoco, es la 3a vez que vengo y me salen con que debo ir a otra oficina, pero no te dicen desde la primera vez que no llegará ahí y hacen perder el tiempo a la gente, si me hubieran dicho desde que la tramité me hubiera ahorrado su pésima atención y mi valioso tiempo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La encargada: Claudia Prieto es ¡nefasta! imaginen a sus operativos (el vigilante que es recepcionista a la vez, y la operativo) es prepotente y déspota, se burla si le preguntas donde puedes quejarte de que no atienden sin cita te dice: con los altos funcionarios del INE. Y que saques cita porque no atienden sin cita aun y cuando no tienen gente que atender, debe haber lugares que pueden ocupar aunque esperemos a que no llegue una cita, no? pero no, dicen que sin cita no atienden y se dan la vuelta. Así que les invito a mandar una denuncia en la pagina del INE porque abusan de su "poder" y no dan el servicio para el que están contratados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena, la mayoría del personal es educado y cordial. Si vas con cita te atienden súper rápido (yo llegué 40 mins). OJO AQUÍ Sólo la chica de al lado estaba tratando muy mal a una señora de la tercera edad.
The service is very good, most of the staff are polite and friendly. If you go by appointment they attend you super fast (I arrived 40 mins). BEWARE HERE Only the girl next door was treating an elderly lady very badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las veces que he asistido me han atendido de la mejor manera, es verdad que es un espacio muy reducido pero funcional. Antes de pandemia cuando asistes sin cita si debías esperar a que se liberará un espacio y te atendieran (mínimo 1hr) y en pandemia te atienden con cita, sin embargo, si no llegarás a tener cita, te recomiendo asistir en la tarde 4-5pm donde no hay casi nada de gente y te atienden con gusto sin cita, son amables, serviciales y funcionales :))

Before the pandemic, when you attend without an appointment, if you had to wait for a space to be released and they would attend you (minimum 1 hour) and in the pandemic they attend you by appointment, however, if you will not have an appointment, I recommend you attend in the afternoon 4-5pm where there are almost no people and they gladly attend you without an appointment, they are friendly, helpful and functional :))
