Pero por el Covid estuvo cerrado todo. Fui hace una Semana, y me dijo la muchacha que fuera después del 18 de octubre, por que mi credencial supuestamente aún no llegaba. Pero en la televisión dicen que el último día para recogerla es el 16 de octubre. Entonces, ¿a quién le creo? Necesito ayuda urgente, de verdad necesito mi credencial. Capaciten bien a su personal antes de estar dando información falsa.
